HELP Please Toyota Celica GT 1995

Does anyone knows how to program a remote control for Toyota Celica GT 1995 2.2 Lt California ignition. Mine broke and ordered a couple of new OEM remotes, however their instructions indicate that I have to press a button in the ECU, which I do not know where it is. Also, if there is an alternative to this procedure.
