2002 express 1500 wont start

2002 express 1500 6cyl wont start, it ran a little rough several days ago- would stall when I came to a complete stop and the op gauge was more active than usual.
I went out this morning to start and all it did was turn over. You can hear the fuel pump turn on, fuses check out, and it turns over strong.
I am at a loss with out an idea as to where to start.

Understand that you hear the fuel pump run, but you need to verify correct pressure, also verify spark.

I know how to verify spark, how do I verify correct pressure.

I also used the ODB II reader and recieved no information.
