Unhappy 1989 camero RS

i have 2 issues with my 89 camero the first one is
some times if im seating at a stop light it will just die out but it will restatrt right away

the second is if i have been driving it for a while and and i turn the car off and its been setting for a few minits say like 30 i got out to start it and i turn the key nothing happens no sound no clicking the lights and all the gauges and the radio works but nothing happens unless i let it set longer then it will start right up and run perfect except for the stalling out some times at stop light can any one help me out here any suggestons thanks
