97 SL2 Problem with cold start
Here's my symptoms, When cold it fires right up with out touching the pedal then with-in a few seconds it floods out. To restart I have to hold the pedal to the floor and keep some pressure on the pedal for a minute, then it's fine. I'm sure some of you folks out there know exactly what the problem is. If you could be kind enough to share this knowledge with me I would greatly appreciate it.
Personally, My uneducated guess is that the EGR IS STUCK OPEN. But I usually guess wrong.
PS No check engine light on...3 pending codes 1) low @ O2 sensor Bank 1 2) EGR, 3) evap
