need some help with electrical problems

my 2001 cav is having some electrical problems. it seems it has been talked about a lot here but i think i am having a little bit different headlight issue. the high beams and low beams do switch back and forth however the high beam indicator does not switch with them. the high beam indicator stays on any time the headlights are on. i am kinda suspecting a relay may be bad but would like some second opinions. if it is the relay where is it located.

the second issue is that the turn signals will turn on when switched on and flash for a few seconds but will then freeze and remain lit until switched off. this happens with both sides and the hazard lights as well. i am also thinking this is a relay but not 100% sure. any other suggestions would be appreciated.
