need some help with ZC problem.
well I finally got it in and all hooked up (think so) and everyhting. So i try to start it and it wont turn over. it just cranks and cranks. I do believe its the injectors not letting the fuel in. I have checked the fuel rail and it is getting fuel, but the spark plugs are bone dry...... i have checked over the ECU wiring and everything SEEMS to be good. the only thing that i think may be throwing it off is the B10 wire, (thats the one tht has no pin so you have to make one or something...) i ended just shoving a wire in there..is that good? please someone help me. thanks

Shoving the wire in there is not going to make a good connection. You need to solder on a pin so that it makes a good connection. See if you can scrounge one off a parts car or something you have laying around.

Yeah, a bad connection may very well be the problem. I believe you can just pull out the pins with needle nose pliers, or maybe push them out from the other side with a small screwdriver..HTH

Looking at this wiring page: http://www.hasport.com/dx_zc.htm .... It says B2 is unused, and to remove, so I would assume that its safe to just cut the wire and go ahead and use the pin ... GL

Okay i got to tell you and everyone....the write ups on converting DX to ZC FUCKING SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! everyone i read has something different. they ALL leave out important questions.....like how to take the pins out and what wires you can cut... any ways....if i get time and if i get my car running I will write a GOOD write up on the conversion.

i can agree with travis that the instuctions suck. we were both reading it and checking each other and we still didn't understand. i think the instructions would have been better used for toilet paper.
