need some help with electrical....

I've got a 1967 chevy camaro rs with a small block 350(dinky 2-barrel). All of the electrical is shot(no gauges work, but lights work?), I was looking online for wiring harnesses. The car was originally a 327. My question is that i've found a engine wiring harness for a 67 rs with a 350. Will this work with the car? Also does anyone know a how-to site on tuning a 2-barrel carb? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thnx.

P.S.-if you want i can post some pics of the car.
