irregular idle 22re

when my truck is at a high rpm it does fine but when i brake it starts dropping , when i let go the brake it starts to get higher, and when i close to 3000 rpm, someone help me please.

Most common cause is from the idle rpm being higher than spec to begin with, make sure it's in spec. Another possible cause could be low coolant level or bad coolant temp sensor.
