2008 Focus timing belt & brake questions

I have a 2008 focus with 51,000 totally trouble free miles on it.

When should I plan on changing the timing belt?

Should I also look into replacing the water pump while I'm in there?

So far I haven't touched the brakes, although lately I pay very close attention to the pedal feel and sound because I know I am probably overdue for a brake job.

What is the average life expectancy of brakes on these vehicles?
So far I'm impressed with them lasting this long.

Thanks, Brian
