unlock didn't work
My unlock wouldn't work in my 2000 Venture. I looked under the rug on pass. side and found the wires. Just wondering if the factory used tape that looks like black duck tape to me. If so why not heat shrink? I posted couple pics with yellow and white (unlock) wires. Not sure what the yellow goes to but both of them were rotted.
The unlock works now. Bad place to put all those wires I think. |

Re: unlock didn't work
Wow! I have the same situation on my 1998 Montana. I peeled back the carpet under driver's side and tried to find the bad connection and I was unsuccessful. I will try again when the weather gets better. Good Job!

Re: unlock didn't work
If picture 2 is the tape, it is NOT stock, someone probably spliced in for a keyless entry or something.....
