Re: turn signals work intermitanly
Remove the hush panel under the left side of the dash. The flasher is mounted to the left of the steering column, about shin high if you were sitting in the seat, it's held in place with a metal retainer.Compare it with the new one so you know what you are looking for. It may also be wrapped in foam insulation.

Re: turn signals work intermitanly
removed hush panel. Squeezed between seat and firewall. While on back on the left of the steering column I found a two prong with attached metal holder but that seemed to be the emergency flasher. turned key on and pushed in button for the emergency flasher and it worked. Cannot find another flasher anywhere in to the left or right of the steering column. could it be mounted somewhere under the carpet covering the firewall? Any more suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: turn signals work intermitanly
If you are on your back under the column, it's on the right side of the column. It'll be back towards the seat, you'll have to reach a little for it. Sometimes it's wrapped in grey foam, you'll only see the wires running to it. It's there.
