problems w 2010 power windows

I have a 2010 Altima Coupe. I just installed a new Battery and now my automatic roll-up feature on the power window switch doesn't work-you have to hold the switch on now for either window to fully roll up or down. I really can't see how changing the Battery could be related to this malfunction of the power window switch. Any one have thoughts on this ?
