Power windows all quit working.

All at once my power windows won't roll down and my interior lights won't go off as long as the key is on. Also the engine has started surging at an idle and dies if no gas is given. After reading other posts, I replaced the battery and that took care of the surge problem and the interior light problem but the power windows still don't work. I want to check a fuse but even with the owners maual I can't find a fuse for the windows. Please help.

Could you give us the model and year?
My interior lights wouldn't go off on my 98 Laredo and it was the door open switch on the rear door pillar plus a bad liftgate hatch key cylinder.
Fuze is probably bad for the windows.

It is a 2004 Grand Cherokee Lorado 4 door 4 wheel drive with a 4.0 liter str/6

50 amp fuse#12 in the pdc
