Brake Hose

Does any one know if the front brake hoses on a geo storm are longer than
the hoses on a 95 geo hatchback, and will they fit? Installed Kyb Struts
and the brackets are a little off, causing my hoses to stretch when I turn
the wheels completely.

Re: Brake Hose

Geo Storm is an Isuzu Impulse, Geo Metro is a Suzuki Swift, there is 0 parts interchange between them. That does not mean it won't work, just that it's just as likely as a part from a Ford F150 fitting.

Re: Brake Hose

Could you have put them on the wrong side? Lots of folks have KYBs on, including me, and this is the first time I've heard of any problem with them.

just to be safe i would put the right ones on you don't want any streching because thje rubber hose if it blows your brake pedal will go strait to the floor.

Re: Brake Hose

Well that is what I thought, I tried both ways, and I installed the front and rear which are clearly marked right front and left from, currently I have
them attached to the bracket with a zip tie for now, I will have to get some made and be the only GEO in town with custom front brakes lines. otherwise, the ride is Awesome with these KYB's and H&R sport springs
Thank!

Also I am going to contact KYB
