Dome Light Problem
My '05 Silverado ext cab will always turn the dome lights on/off when the right door is open/closed but the left side doesn't come on all of the time. So then I hit the dome light button and forget and shut the door and a day later the dome light is still on... I would like to clean/replace the switch but I can't find it. I have a spring loaded lever on the ext doors that the main doors push into but if I hold them shut with the door open nothing happens.

Re: Dome Light Problem
Try looking along the dashboard edge for it. They used to mount them there for previous gen C/Ks and Blazer/Jimmys

Re: Dome Light Problem
Nope...nothing around the dash pad as far as a switch.
