2.9 supercharging

I have a supercharger from one of my old supercoup tbirds and was wondering if there was a way I could put a 3.8 supercharger on a 2.9 by making my own kit? I'm pretty handy just most of my experience is with the 3.8s and 4.6s.

And another question my truck sat up for about 2 years and it ate the fuel pump completely out of the tank and destroyed the fuel filter now it runs rough and I've run fuel injector cleaner through almost every tank still runs horribly. Any ideas what I can do with it?
