99 grand cherokee wont turn over
My 99 jeep grand cherokee wont turn over. At all. I was driving it and I stopped at a gas station for gas. When I went to start it back up, it wouldnt start. All the dash lights came on, and the needles moved, the car just wouldnt turn over. I had it towed home and was told that the battery was bad. So, I went and got a new battery, put it in, jumped the car, and still nothing. I replaced the fuses, and it still wouldnt start. Any suggestions?

Re: 99 grand cherokee wont turn over
Check the battery cables for corrosion, inside and out. I've seen corrosion 8" from the battery, under the insulation. It could also be a loose connection, so I'd check to make sure that it's secure at the starter.
