P1133 = Heated Oxygen sensor insufficient switching bank 1 sensor 1
P0068 = Throttle body airflow performance

Your TPS reads high because the throttle plate can't close all the way.

I would undo the throttle body mod and give it a try that way. The O2 sensor is probably showing lean from the throttle plate not closing all the way and thus not switching back and forth as it should.
