95 sedan brake lockup
the right rear wheel locks up after a couple applications of the brakes, it comes loose after relieving fluid pressure at the bleeder valve, only to lock up again. only that one wheel.

It could be your brake flex hose. On older Subaru cars and other vehicles, the hose kind of collapses inside with age and starts to act as a check valve. So it will expand and let the fluid in, but then collapses and won't let all the pressure back out. So that wheel will hang up or lock up. Hope that helps!
