Brake lockup in rain

I notive that whenever it rains or is a day with high humidity my brakes seem to lockup very easily. I have a 1994 Camaro and I'm sure it has antilock brakes. After I use the brakes awhile they seem to stop doing this, but right when I start they are so touchy. I don't know if there is any way to solve this but if there is or someone else has the same problem let me know thanks.
