need help with codes

This is for 95 eclipse gs non Turbo 2.0 a/t fed. I'm getting 1 pause 2 pause 6 pause 6 pause 5pause5. Can anyone figure this out. All of these are short pulses

I count flashes not pauses. A code 12 may mean battery voltage lost at some point? A code 55 can mean end of message? A code 66 may mean computer issue of some type?

One database that I looked at, didn't show any of these codes applicable to your vehicle. How about obd2 codes?

These are the codes from turning the key on and off and watching the cel flash. I did some more research and its 12 66 and 55. I have unplugged the battery and I've been having tranny problems that's I have exsplained in the eclipse problem diagnose forums. I have been suspecting the tcu and if my research is right the 66 code has something to do with the tcu. Thanks for replying
