Question need help with code 25

i have a lex 92 with131000miles, with a check engine code NUmber 25 its a lean condision........ the info the i have sugest " A deviation between air-fule ration feedback compensation values for left and right banks is beyond aceptble limits......dose that mean that both o2 sensors are out of wak....

You could use a meter to check both O2 sensors. I would probably just suggest you replace the two before the cat's. With that many miles on them, they probably need to be replaced. Mine runs much better now that they've been replaced.

thats the problem that there is no good way of checking an O2 sensor...out side of just measuring voltage it puts out....but if its good it will still put out faulty signal because there is another problem up streem of it. and i really don't want to throw parts at it...but that was my first thought....any one else??

have you tryed checking the mass air flow meter that seems to be a commom problem

Have you fixed it?

And, it's a Volume Air Flow meter on a '92, it'd give you a different error code.

thnx for the info joe but i havent even looked at if just yet....its to cold........i live in chicago...:-(
