98 blazer cranks but no start

Hey guys my 98 blazer with the 4.3 cranks over but will not start it started by dying out like no gas or no spark so far have put in new injecters fuel pump cap n rotor spark plugs and wires still nothing just noticed that my tach is stuck at redline as well have put psi gauge on fuelrail andhave 60 psi put a inline spark tester and tester lites up saying there is spark pulled number one plug out and could smell gas my brain is tired does anyone have any advice for me have tried starting fluid in intake still nothing but supposidly have spark at all plugs man im lost. pull the ignition modular and have your local parts store test it ,

had advance auto tell me it was good so if the ignition control module is bad or going bad you will still get spark
