idle problem won't go away

Hello I have a 1994 integra rs with a b16a3 swap. I have a idle problem that i have been working on for about 2 years. The idle goes up and down from 500 to 1100 never dies never higher than that. The parts i have on the car are.

handata intake manifold gasket

new iac valve.

new Edelbrock PERFORMER X throtle body.

dc header

type r tranny with exedy stage one clutch and lite wight flywheel

short intake with Secret Weapon Air Filter

ecu done by Phearable.net told him the swap i was doing and parts i had on sent in the stock rs computer he chiped and tuned it. Have tried stock usdm vtec ecu's still same problem.

Only thing i didn't put on this motor that the stock b18b had was the evap purge control solenoid valve and can't see where it would go on this motor b16a3 it has no where to screw it down on the motor. I have smoked tested the motor like 20 times never found a leak using the brake booster line. reset the timing like 10 times had a master tech set the timing said it was fine to begin with. Were both lost and what else could be making this problem.

I know any honda person who reads this is going to say why did you put that small motor in the teggy and not a gsr my plan was to go boost but i don't want to boost with idle problems.

Will the evap part i left off make idle problems? what other parts could be causing this idle problem? If it is the evap part where on a delsol b16 do they put it? thank you for your help.

Re: idle problem won't go away

every time ive had idle problem the first thing i always worked out was the iac valve or aic however you say it. however on my honda the throttle assembly must be removed for this so when i did it i made a new gasket cleaned the iac valve and replaced all the old rubber hoses with new ones and put in a new o sensor. that took care of it for me. if it coninued to happen the next thing iwould do is have my guy check out the ecm to check for problems there. fuel pressure regulator might be worth looking into also. if its got a leak inside its rubber diaphragm then you wont see it with smoke. fuel pressurell just go up and down.
