Clio 1.2 16v 2002 Expression idle problem!!

I have a 2002 Clio 1.2 16v Expression.

i currently have a toxic fume warning light on. with this light on the car idle erratically!

At the moment i have changed:

• Both Lamdba Sensors (o2)
• Full Service - oil, oil filter , air filter, spark plugs. etc...
• Coil Pack & HT Leads.

Can anyone shed some light why this light is staying on and why it is shaking erratically?

Same car same year same problem:

Solution in my case, change the buterfly box, is a expensive item (more than 180 euro) but problem resolved.
