Re: Ac light

Which climate control system do you have. Manual dual zone or digital automatic (ACC-CJ2)?

Note: The OP has a 2002 Regal.

Re: Ac light

Its adjusted according t o what the degrees she wants she actually don't hit a button for heat or ac seeing now it won't go below 60 degrees its colder than that outside. I've looked all over and can't tell which one it is.

Re: Ac light

Does the temperature display flash for a couple minutes after you start car?

The temperature display is where you see the 70 in your photo.

If so, you have a code set. It would be good to know the code.- you can have it read

Re: Ac light

If you are in "auto" mode and you've dialed up 60 degf and it is above 60 deg outside, then you should hear the compressor come on and feel cool air out the vents, if not, then time to get the a/c checked- for pressures and electrical issues.

Yes. The AC clutch fuse located in the engine compartment fuse box and a relay. However, the AC Clutch will not turn on if the system is very low on R134a refrigerant. There is a low/high pressure switch in the system for compressor safety.

Re: Ac light

No fuses under the hood are blown the clutch is fully kicking in when she kicks the thermo down. I put a code reader today and it showed two-------p0102-----p0128 when I looked them up myself I don't think it has anything to do with the ac,

Re: Ac light

Neither DTC is relevant to your A/C issue. One is MAF sensor and other engine temperature related. So to recap you are not getting any cold air from either the driver or passenger vents since it is dual zone? Have you checked your refrigerant charge at the low side port?
