Fujimi AVS Model 5 Rims not fitting properly

I test fitted my 18 inch Fujimi Model 5 rims on my 180SX and they dont seem to fit properly. The rears fit fine but the fronts are rubbing on the back of the guards. Also there is a little part that is restricting the rim from going all the way onto the brake disc. Has anyone else had this problem? Im sorry but this is very hard to explain.
