I have 78 Malibu Wagon, Will Sedan Rear Door Fit Properly?

I have a 78 Wagon, Do you know if the 78 - Up Malibu Sedan rear door bolt up & fit properly to my Wagon? Whats the difference?

Hmmm.......tentatively, I will say no, the difference being the top of the door frame. The sedan roof and the top of the window frame slope downwards slightly towards the back window, while the wagon window frames are straight across the top with no slope.
The lower part of the door and all the internal hardware, except for the glass is the same, I think.
