How do you guys paint your rims?

I just bought some Fujimi AVS Model 5 Rims and they are chrome in colour. I want to paint them silver and was wondering how best to do it.

Or you could try a coat of matt varnish/laquer to dull them down a bit

Or strip chrome with chlorine bleach then paint silver.

one thing I've always heard of that works well is bleaching the chromed parts. it won't come off in flakes like if you paint over the original bling blingin' chrome plating either. removing the chrome usually results in scraping the plastic underneath.
