bad oil leak in 88 t-10 blazer 4.3L please help asap

I have a pretty bad oil leak in my blazer, Its coming from the right hand side of the bell housing. it has hoses running to the oil filter which is up by my drivers head light in the engine compartment. Do I need to replce some gaskets if there is any or do I need a part. I did a close check with a halogen so light i could see better and nothing is cracked. in fact the part looks new. my oil pressure at idle is about 20 sometimes lower like probably 19 or 18. But my dip stick says my oil is over full need help soon
