doest remote start on '95cv have a timer?

we just bought a '95 cv and noticed that it started it self at about 6:30 a.m. How do we get that to stop and also how do we use the remote start? There is no owners manual in the car. we figured out the how to pop the trunk with it and how to shut it off with remote start but we have no idea how it started itself. Any help much appriciated.
