Oil change

What is the recommended oil for my Citroen Saxo Diesel 1.5 from 1996?

My car has 230.000 Km. Should I change oil every 10000Km?

Should I also change the filter every time I change the oil?

Re: Oil change

Your car's manufacturer should be most knowledgeable about the type of oil to use as well as how often it should be changed according to the vehicle use ( i.e. - severe , etc. ) . Check your owners manual ( if you have one ) and go by the recommended service intervals . If you don't have a manual , do a Google search for your particular vehicle's specifications and you should be able to get needed info from that . Just my !
