Need technical info for 740IL please.

I am trying to help a friend on his 1998 740il, he says the car starts fine and runs good until the engine is warmed up, then runs fine until he has to stop, at idle, the idle drops down and it sputters, and sometimes stalls. It will always start right back up and as long as he applies a little gas to it, it is fine. He had the codes pulled and got the following,
P0100
P0170
P0173
P1509
P1550
P1622
P0300
P0305
P0307
P0308

I have the information for what the codes measn, what I need is some technical information on the mass air flow sensor (voltage range and pins so I can check those for input and output), check procedures for the idle speed control valve.
If anyone can help me with this information and any other suggestions you may want to throw out there, they will greatly appreciated.
