Fujimi Civic Type R EK-9

Hi pals!
A lot of Civic threads down here, so I decided to show mine too.

The Chassis

I've started from the bottom, nothing really interesting here:

Then I've modified the exhaust by adding a brass tube:

I don't really like the stock wheels, so I've replaced them with the Skyline R32 ones.
The rims were painted lemon yellow and then I've sprayed Tamiya X-1 gloss black over it, cleared the edges and added silver painted resin bolts:

The Body

I decided to cut away the grill in the front damper to make the painting easier, also i want the door handles to be black so I've cut them away too:

But that's not all with cutting
I wasn't satisfied with the tail lights, so I've cut the imitation away and tried to make realistic deflectors. Bad idea actually, tried to make them from epoxy putty, but the result was not good, but I'll give it another try.

Body still needs some sanding, decals and clear coat.
The custom decals, I'm going to place them on the doors:

The Interior

The interior is very simple and I'm not going to add anything to it, maybe I'll make the tinted glasses to make the interior less visible.

Front seats, little overspray still needs to be cured:

Fitted all the parts together:

That's all by now, any comments welcome

Re: Fujimi Civic Type R EK-9

Small update:

I've attached all decals, sprayed a clear layer, polished the body and painted headlights and window trims. Not really satisfyed with the result, but I want to finish it as fast as possible.
