I'm not sure what you mean, the engine didn't rotate when you turned the key to the ON position or it rotates but won't start?

If your problem is the last one and according to the RPM's problem try cleaning your MAF sensor with a non-residue CRC contact cleaner. Also give a good clean to the IAC valve with carburetor or throttle body cleaner.

Or try disconnecting the maf sensor and see if the rpms even out, if it does the maf sensor is bad or dirty. As suggested above try cleaning the sensor, and crc also has maf sensor cleaner. Which has been designed exclusively for the maf sensor.

So your car starts if you take the O2 sensor out of the manifold? Which one did you remove? The O2 before or after the cat converter. If it was the one before the cat, your cat converter may be plugged, and depending on your milage may be covered under warrenty still.
