Slow turn signal

91 Cavalier. When I use the turn signal, sometimes it works really slow or sometimes not at all. Is this the turn signal lever arm or something else, thanks.

Check the bulb...both front and rear, left and right sides.....I had a back bulb socket that was corroded, that did the same thing..

If that is not it...change out the Flasher Relay....
