95 Caprice Slow Turn Signals
Hi, I have a 1995 Caprice 5.7L and the turn signals work but they blink very slow (left and right sides). Anyone know what this could be? Please let me know. Thanks.

If you use a heavy-duty flasher with standard bulbs, the signals will flash slow. If you use heavy-duty bulbs with a standard flasher, they will flash fast.
