I just got a new compressor with 2 litre tank. how often does the compressor fire up to fill the tank? I am airbrushing at 25psi and the compressor seems firing up quite frequently.

I expect that it would run almost continuously. Two litres is a very small tank. I have a pancake compressor which uses a 3 gallon tank and it fires up every 5 minutes or so when airbrushing.

thanks. I just want to make sure that is a normal behaviour since this is my first compressor which has auto shutoff and tank.
