'97 Sable Wgn runs rough, dies...

Two months ago I drove 150 miles. Stopped at a residence for about 20 minutes. Started car...ran really rough....made it a block....then it died. Tried to re-start...sounded like it tried to start for a second each time I turned the key off, then back on to start. Waited a while contemplating gettitng it towed, then decided to disconnect the battery to re-set the computer. Car started and no more problems other than the 'check engine light'. Two days ago...same scenerio except I had to disconnect the battery about 4 times before I got it home. Seems that after it cools down, it runs fine but problem is becoming more frequent. Replaced fuel pump about 6 months ago. Don't know what else it could be. Checked auto-zone code reader and it tells me 3 of the O2 sensors are bad, but I figure its something upsstream causing those readings. Maybe bad cats??? TPS sensor? ECM???? HELP!
