Rough Idle and runs rough around 55

Let me first say by saying i put too much money in this car but i love my car. I just replaced my egr valve and it ran wounderfuly for a while but now it idles rough, kind of feels like its sputtering every 10 secounds or so. I had the codes looked at but there was nothing . There is 2 warning codes though about my cruise control but that has never worked in my car either. All my vacume lines are new, and i also have a new fuel pump. I also just got the transmssion fluid changed(shifts so smooth now). Any ideas guys?

I have replaced the spark plugs about 4 months ago and the wires are only 1 month old. Could have of gotten bad plugs they only costed about 5 dollars a peice. I was also thinking it might be the oxegen sensor?

You could have cracked a plug on install or a wire boot wasn't seucred and is walking off?

Is the check engine light on?

Well i might have got riped off on plugs cause i ordered them from dealer when i had to get someother parts, also the check engine light is off but there are 2 active codes for the cruise control that dosent work and it is a problem that i will work on later.
