99 Denali No Start Issue

vehicle started then fuel gauge went over full and vehicle shut off. Fuel pump not running. Have replaced the fuel relay and fuel pump. Still fuel pump will not run. does anyone have any suggestions?

Got power to the pump, good grounds all the fuses ok?

No power to pump. all fuses ok, checked grounds on harness. very weak power to relay about 6 volts at 1 pole.

Get a wiring diagram and track down the circuit, make sure the connector at the tank is not burnt. Remember when turning the key you will only get 12v during the 3 sec prime event till it starts.
