1993 jeep grand cherokee V6 Manifold glowing red

I have a 1993 jeep grand cherokee limited with a 6 cylinder i have replaced the throttle body, timing chain, distributer, distributer cap, rotor, catalytic converter, Throttle position sensor,due to starting problem now i got it to start ran it for about a minute and had to shut off because the manifold got Bright glowing red i have no idea what else to do wondering if anyone had any ideas thanks

You mean in-line six, right?

Exhaust manifolds glowing red is a sign of late valve timing. Go and check that timing gear.
