spare tire hoist

Hello everyone.Does anyone know the part number for a spare tire hoist for a 2004 TB?Cable bound up and broke casing; need to replace.Didn't see a part number on mechanism and can't figure out where to get one.Would rather get a new one, as opposed to a used,worn, and rusted one from a junkyard.Thanks.

Dealer only part, why is this an issue call and order one.
