I was genuinely suprised to not see the new 7-Series at the Geneva Auto Show. With the new LS from Lexus, and the (relatively) new S-Class, BMW really needs to get on this. When do you see the new 7 being released now?

Here's an update on my original question-

I went to BMWUSA.com and checked out The Hire, which is a compilation of five short films to be released over the next few months that have BMWs in them. There is an option to see which cars are used in each of the films, and for the final film there is a 745i. When the user clicks to see more info on the 745i, a picture of a car under a sheet of satin is displayed and it tells you that you will find out more in September... after the Frankfurt show! Very exciting!

I believe they are revamping the whole 7 series to compete with the mercedes S series. I saw a pic of the concept car and even though it was a drawn pic, it looked tight. I have to see which magazine it was in and post the pic. I can't wait to see the new 6 series.

I'm pretty sure that BMW will proceed with the 6 Series then, however, that photo is fake, look carefully, it's just a photoshopped"M" Coupe.
