Talking New Personal Best ET

Hey, u guys prolly read bout my 1st time down, well...2nd was MUCH better. ran consistant 15.1 times, an finally broke down to a 14.8 @ 93.55mph for a personal best.

Here's the slip for the best time:

R/T: 1.078 (yea...horrible, i kno )
60': 2.363
330: 6.301
1/8: 9.585
MPH: 74.64
1000: 12.428
1/4: 14.838
MPH: 93.55 MPH

I feel much relieved

i'm impressed with the time, but it'd be more impressive to see you not sleeping when the light turns green...

if you could do that with a high .500, low .600 r/t, i'd be really impressed...

but nice times regardless...

when i did it in my friends car, I revved it as the 2nd yellow lit up, and dropped the clutch as the last yellow lit, and it makes you go about when he gren lights up, it still didnt workj perfect for me, but I wasnt getting too bad of R/T's, Ill have to look at his slips though cuz I just gave em to him cuz I didnt need em, wasnt in my car so I wouldnt be able to improve and look back at them or anythng.

good launches get good r/ts and good 60 ft times...

my car is hitting the same 60ft times as you, though it's almost 1 second slower on the top end...

i've also learned to launch at the last yellow light, so you're going when it's green...

my launches were fine...i jus was asleep an was working my feet more then working on watching an getting good r/t. it is the next thing i will work on however. i kno my car doesn't really have much for lowend, so i wasn't worried about the 60' this time. my buddy in his early 90's 200sx worked his way to 2.1-2 second 60's but has NO top end, and was only running 15.2's for his best.

i will try laucnhin on the last yellow tho. sounds like a good enough plan.

dont worry bout getting good r/t! it dont effect ur time in anyway! well anyways keep up the good work! i use to hit around the sametimes u did from 15.1 to 14.9 to 14.7 now 14.6! 14.5 will be the full potential of my car right now! I use to go the track once a week, but know im just goin to wait till i get my next mod! so ill be at the track probably next month or so or wenever i get my nitrous!

I got a ebay(generic) intake/ jdm itr header/ custom sp w/N1! im using falken azenis 205/50/15 at 20psi! i usually go through the waterbox, ebrake and burn those puppies up, do a quick launch to make sure theres no water on my tires, stage up, rev it up to 4500, drop the clutch on the third yellow then modulate the throttle till it grips then floor it!
