Question Coilovers ? ? ?

I am in the market for new wheels,(17",205/40's) and a lowering job, and coilovers appeal to me the most. What are some downsides of coilovers, and are there any other aftermarket accesories I would need to correct a 2" or more drop? I don't know much, but have heard that anything more than 1.5" requires extra attention. Thank You.

For most coilovers you will need an alignment kit to bring alignment back to factory recommended wear.

Eibach makes an alignment kit that allow for + or - 1.0 degree for the front that sells for $35 delivered.

Obviously as you go lower expect tighter ride and more road noise esp over rougher roads.
