well from what I saw of these when I was researching turbos, some can produce a good 5-6 lbs of boost for you, but who would want an unreiable piece of plastic in their intake, that uses a lot of juice to run.. and only works when you have the pedal to the floor.. also there are cheap ass ones out there that will not be able to move the amount of air required for a good burn. and it's kind of better than a turbo if the fans can rev that high, but most can't.. You need a special motor, and an extremely good fan system to get up to the rev's a "real" turbo can do. plus you can't get past the trademark "ssssshhhhhhhhh" of a kickass turbo under the hood.
