Question mod for header?

I am interested in getting a DC sports header for my CRX, and I thought it was a bolt on, but I just talked to a mechanic who said that something needed to be shaved down to accomodate the header. Can anyone tell me whether this is correct?

Send a message via AIM to flylwsi
if it's listed specifically for your vehicle, it should just bolt on.
i've never heard of there being an issue, but it's always possible...

a buddy of mine has a 91 crx si and he had a DC sports header on it and he didn't have to shave anything down. that guy was probably just trying to get more money out of you.
