www.plastic-models.com Tower Hobbies carries it, along with most of the Tamiya paint line. I'm sure that they ship to Canada. HTH

only primer avalable here is: Testor (horrible) "Home" Primer (not bad, but can't be sanded) and Automotive Primer (hurt the plastic)

Also user PLASTIC primer, and it make some reaction with the plastic (wow)

I don't really want to order from japan since I can't really use Credit card for now

your probably lying down a huge fat thick FIRST coat of primer or something, cause i've used the CHEAPEST auto primer from CDN TIRE, and it worked great. I've used Krylon Primer and that works Great. I've used Duplicolor Automotive Primer and that works great too.

Mist a few coats onto the body first before u start laying down thick coats.

it was light coat.. after 2 light coat i say some "form" in it.. I sanded it and finally found it wasn't orrange pearl or anything, but the plastic that was scrap..

anyway Duplicolor Black primer is great.. I used it with the mirage system and it was perfect, but I can'T find any white Duplicolor here

I used Motip ColorWorks white primer (per Ales's suggestion) on my Subaru and it worked great. Two mist coats, then a heavier coat - no problems.
