There's a place in Cranford New Jersey called "Hobby Heaven" that sells most of the supplies you might need. They have a website if you're too far to drive, I've ordered from them before and was satisfied with their service. If you live near a "Pep Boys" auto parts store go there and get a can of "PlastiKote #T-235" sandable primer; it works with 99.9% of all model plastics or if you can find Tamiya's primer I've heard that it works well because of it's formula Good luck and happy modelling!!!

where in NJ do you live? im from NY just north of the NYC. i actually go to the city to buy primer since i work and go to school there. there are a couple of hobby shops in the city and a bunch in chinatown. other than that, you can order online from a bunch of places too. online places ive ordered from include tower hobby, hobbylinc, and image anime (which is based in NYC).

Hey there,

I know a online hobby store which sellls alot hobby supplies which is located in NJ. They have a store in NJ. Addres is 387 Piaget Ave (Rt.46) Clifton NJ. Dont know if thats near you. Anyways the website is www.gundamshop.com

Its a gundam model website, but they do sell hobby supplies there, decent price and shipping is a flat 4.99. Alot of tamiya supplies, which most probably you will want to buy Tamiya Primer, havent test it yet, since i havent started a kit yet. But everyone recommends it and polish i do not know since i have used none.
